  ESCC - A different kind of camping

 ESCC is a place where you can observe, learn and do interesting things about, and in, NATURE.

     Ratedtwo stars Classification certificate 36902/14.11..2023 The MEAT campsite contains, in addition to administrative spaces (reception, bathrooms, storage spaces, social spaces, etc.) 7 sectors as follows:

   
   
10 parcele de campare in tents and/or caravans, located according to a Theodorus spiral. The plots are delimited from each other by strips of native or acclimatized fruit bushes (P1 Baby Kiwi, P2 Fig, P3 Raspberry, P4 Blackberry, P5 Rose, P6 Aronia, P7 Blueberry, P8 Goji, P9 Asimina, P10 Sea buckthorn). Each plot can be connected to electricity and running water.

  About Innovative Technologies Demonstration Center – ESCC Copăcel

         The Demonstrative Center for Innovative Technologies (CDTI) represents an initiative carried outin partnership with  Association  S.O.S. Făgăraș Country within the concept Sustainable education and communities (https://sustainablecommunities.eu/ ) through which we aim to provide workshops for curious children and young people and equipment that can help in the sustainable understanding, utilization, and utilization of natural resources.

       Groups of at least 6 people (children, young people, families) can carry out activities within the CDTI center, whether they are camping or not.

        Workshops are organized in collaboration with specialists from Romania and abroad and target various fields of activity.(List of activities).

       A worksheet is provided for each workshop and, where applicable:

consumables, tools, observation, measurement and control devices (List of technical equipment ), and respective guiding staff( List of members STEAM CLUB).

 About Scoutland – ESCC Copăcel

    By Scoutland – ESCC Copăcel we understand an area of ​​approximately one hectare, located in the northern part of the campsite, where scout camps or thematic tent camps can be organized with up to 40 participants per series.

   Being an area located in a varied natural space, participants can decide for themselves on the organization of the camp/camp, respectively on the locations and necessary arrangements. The location has an administrative space where materials for scout constructions, tools, cooking utensils and other materials for thematic workshops can be rented. (Scoutland Materials List).

        About STEAM CLUB – ESCC Copăcel

 STEAM CLUB – ESCC Copăcel is made up of people who, through their efforts, have contributed and continue to contribute to bringing Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics together in  The innovative technologies demonstration center – ESCC Copăcel, so that the young generation can benefit from a multidisciplinary education at the highest level.

    You can become a member of the club by getting involved in ongoing projects or you can propose new projects with a STEAM impact. (https://sustainablecommunities.eu/ ).

    Club members are exempt from camping and participation fees in ESCC activities and have the freedom to organize educational activities in CDTI.

About GREEN FRIENDS CARD – Volunteer in ESCC

     Designed as a tool to reward the support provided by a person in the realization of the campsite and Demonstrative Center for Innovative Technologies – CDTI (support that can take any form – applicable idea, endowment or contribution to work), Green Friends card – Volunteer in ESCC is a tool for accumulating points during the construction and operation of the campsite, points which later turns into camping freebies. 

          The card is nominal and can only be used by the cardholder.

     For each day of volunteering (eight hours of work) 10 points are accumulated. For other types of support, the points will be established by mutual agreement.

     The card is issued nominally after accumulating a minimum of 50 points.       The points accumulated will be converted into free camping in the campsite.  a titularului pe o perioadă de zece zile/an. 

     Accumulated points are not lost! The card accumulates points throughout the campsite's operating time.
