ü How do I proceed to reserve seats for activities-camps organized at CDTI-ESCC?
Answer Participation in activities at CDTI-ESCC is done by reservation at least 14 days in advance. The steps you need to follow are:
· You choose the type of activity you want (camp, workshop, alternative school/green week, family package, individual participation if you are over 18 years old)
· You form the minimum accepted group of participants for the activity (1-6 or over 20)
· You choose the main theme (nature, sports, science, practical activities, work camp, etc.) and the main activities/games you are interested in from the pages Workshops and Games
· You choose the suitable period (for camps, the appropriate series, following the occupancy chart from the page Camps)

üHow can my child participate in activities organized by CDTI-ESCC?
Answer The activities at the Demonstrative Center for Innovative Technologies (CDTI) are designed for organized groups of approximately 6 people (children/youngsters) accompanied by adults. The organization of such groups
falls under the responsibility of the school where the child is studying, educational NGOs, or yourself together with other interested families.

Organizing such activity in CDTI-ESCC is done by reservation at least 14 days in advance. To ensure the highest quality activity, the theme of the activity is agreed upon at least 7 days in advance.
ü What costs does the participation fee cover for activities organized in CDTI-ESCC?
Answer The participation fee covers access to the sanitary facilities, to the showers with solar heated water, to
spaces for various activities, a game and a workshop. For groups visiting for the first time
Centre, the game Patrol culture and the workshop Do you want to befriend the nature? are mandatory for newcomers to enter the camping atmosphere. On subsequent visits, they can be replaced with other games and workshops from List of activities, depending on the theme chosen by the accompanying leaders.

ü What should a participant's luggage contain for activities organized in CTDI-ESCC?
Answer For daytime activities: a cape, clothing and footwear appropriate for the season, and food. For activities that may extend into the night, a (headlamp) flashlight is needed.
ü What costs does the ESCC camp/camp participation fee cover?
Answer The participation fee covers access to camping areas in Scoutland -ESCC, to the bathrooms, to the showers with water heated by the sun, to the spaces for various activities.
ü How is food provided at the campsite?
People camping in the ESCC can prepare their own food in specially arranged places.
The campsite administration can ensure, on an order basis, a rhythmic supply of food products, including local products (fruits, vegetables, bread, dairy products, fresh fish, meat products).
We can also provide collective catering services (1-2 variations of one dish) for 1-2 or 3 meals per day. In this case, the food is served in its own dishes to avoid excess packaging.
Important!
To avoid attracting dogs and wild animals, food and household waste should be stored in specially designated areas.
ü How can my child participate in a camp at ESCC?
Answer Eco Scout Camping Copăcel is a campsite that provides the necessary infrastructure to organize thematic camps/camps in the best conditions. The theme, organization and selection of participants are the responsibility of the organizers, who can be schools, NGOs, sports clubs or informal groups.
ü What does "the infrastructure necessary to organize camps" mean?
The campsite administration provides participants with a wide range of equipment, tools and materials (for construction and cooking).
Worksheets and workshop materials are provided by CDTI(see Activities) and qualified personnel if necessary.
